Five phases. Zero handoffs.
Every project follows the same sequence. The structure gives us rigour. The people give it soul.
Discovery
2–3 weeks
We start by understanding the business, the market, and the users. Structured workshops, stakeholder interviews, and competitive audits build a picture of the real problem before we design anything.
Strategy
1–2 weeks
Insights become direction. We define positioning, identify opportunities, and create a strategic framework so every design decision serves a purpose.
Concept
2–3 weeks
Rapid visual exploration across 2–3 distinct directions. We present concepts with clear rationale — you see the thinking, not just the output.
Design & build
6–10 weeks
The chosen direction is refined and expanded into a complete system. Design and engineering happen concurrently — no handoff wall.
Launch & measure
Ongoing
We don't disappear after handoff. We support launch, monitor performance, and iterate on real data. The work isn't done until it's working.
What makes this different?
Most agencies skip discovery or treat it as a formality. We don't. The first three weeks of every engagement are spent understanding the real problem, not the stated one. It's the most valuable phase of the process.
Design and engineering happen concurrently, not sequentially. Our designers write code and our engineers have design opinions. That means fewer handoff gaps, faster iteration, and work that's built to ship, not just to present.
